Pietro Canestrelli has both a law degree (JD) and an advance law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation; he is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has over twenty-five (25) years of experience practicing tax law. His specialty and majority of his practice involves representing clients in the area of tax controversy, domestically and internationally.

He represents clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department State of California, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, and Office of Tax Appeals. He represents clients in Tax Court and U.S. District Court litigation and administrative hearings. He practices law with passion and compassion.
