Mark Hampton has both a law degree (JD) and an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation. He has over 16 years of experience practicing tax law.  His specialty and majority of his practice involves representing clients in the areas of tax controversy, property tax appeals, and business transactions and formations.

He represents clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service and all 50 states of the Union.  He is also admitted to practice before the US Tax Court.  Mark strives to make personal connections with those he represents, so he can use his knowledge and experience to achieve the best outcomes for his clients, while making his clients feel comfortable about the process and journey they are making together.
