Brian Fletcher is a licensed attorney admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and a certificate in taxation from the Ohio Northern University Claud W. Pettit School of Law. His focus is taxpayer defense but he also has experience in personal loan and credit card debt resolutions, personal injury, and workers compensation. For a time, he also clerked with Justice Donnelly of the Ohio Supreme Court looking at complex constitutional rights cases.
